Poly Universal Tanks

The Poly Universal Tank range offers a durable and highly versatile storage solution suitable for a wide variety of applications. Manufactured using high-quality, one-piece rotationally moulded construction, these tanks are made from food-grade polyethylene and are UV resistant, making them suitable for storing water, wastewater, and a range of compatible chemicals. With robust design and long service life, they are a reliable option for both domestic and commercial use.

From a technical perspective, each tank is supplied with standard BSP inlet and outlet connections to allow straightforward integration into existing systems. Additional spin-welded fittings (threaded ports) can be installed in virtually any position on the tank to suit specific requirements. Please note that all dimensions are nominal and may vary by up to 1%, so customers requiring precise fitment are encouraged to contact us for individual tank measurements. These tanks must be adequately supported or strapped during installation and are not designed for pressurised use.

Poly Universal Tanks come in a variety of sizes to suit almost any application and can be made for Water or Diesel.

The installation process for spin weld outlets is efficient and straightforward. By utilising the spin welding technique, these outlets create a secure and leak-proof connection with the polyethylene tank. This eliminates the need for complex tools, adhesives, or sealants, simplifying the installation process. With spin-weld outlets, you can assemble your customised water tanks with ease, saving both time and effort.

The Baffle Ball system baffles the entire tank which gives you the experience of traveling with a fixed load as it dramatically reduces the ‘slosh and surge’ that you’d feel without Ball Baffles and is the only baffle system that has been independently tested and verified by Loadsafe Australia.
